The Global Environmental Education Partnership Asia-Pacific Regional Center (GEEP APRC) is officially launching the recruitment for Host Sites for our "International Internship Program"! We are looking for passionate environmental education facilities and sites to host outstanding youth from Taiwan and other countries across the Asia-Pacific region. Through this 14-day internship program, we aim to create a cross-border collaborative network for environmental education.

By becoming a host site, you will not only enhance your international visibility but also spark new ideas with international youth, bringing your local environmental education expertise to the global stage!

📌【Target & Requirements】

• 1.Target: Natural ecology or environmental education facilities/sites with a willingness to promote international internships.

• 2.Language Skills: Staff must have proficiency in English or other foreign languages and be capable of leading international interns.

• 3.Available Slots:

  1. (1)Taiwan Region: 2 sites will be selected, with each site expected to host 3 international interns.

  2. (2)Asia-Pacific Region: 3 sites will be selected, with each site expected to host 2 Taiwanese interns.

💡【Benefits for Host Sites】

1. 1.Expand International Horizons: Engage directly with talented youth (aged 18–30) from around the world, experiencing diverse cultures and promoting the internationalization of your site.

2. 2.Mentorship Subsidy: A mentorship fee will be provided for work guidance and training (NT$12,000 per intern hosted).

3. 3.Build a Global Network: Your site will be listed in the Asia-Pacific regional directory of international EE internship providers, becoming a key node in a long-term network for cooperation.

📝【Internship Tasks & Responsibilities】

1. 1.Internship Period: Provide a continuous 14-day internship schedule (July to October is preferred). The internship must be completed no later than August 31, 2027.

2. 2.Work Content: Lead interns in participating in environmental education courses or promotional activities, and collaborate on developing learning objectives.

3. 3.Logistical Support: Assist interns with living arrangements (accommodation, transportation, and meals) or provide reliable and safe local information.

4. 4.Administrative Cooperation: Cooperate with the organizers for at least two check-ins/visits (including one on-site visit for Taiwan sites), evaluate intern performance, and participate in an online final presentation session.
